1. Who we are and the scope of this policy

MickeyValentineLLC, registered in New York, United States, operates NY ATM Solutions. This policy covers our websites, including nyatms.com and atmplacers.com, website inquiries, service requests, and partner accounts. Contact us about privacy at sales@nyatms.com or 631-500-0451.

This website policy does not describe a bank's, card issuer's, ATM network's, independent operator's, or payment processor's handling of information during an ATM withdrawal or a separate payment transaction. Their notices and applicable transaction terms govern those activities.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on how you use the website:

  • Inquiries and service requests: your name, business name, phone, email, business address or location, business type, ATM preferences, service needs, scheduling preferences, and information you choose to include in notes or a questionnaire.
  • Partner accounts: business and contact details, service areas, notification preferences, account and approval status, consent records where applicable, and a password hash rather than a readable password.
  • Technical information: IP address, request and security logs, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, and interactions such as call-link clicks, calculator use, form activity, and submission outcomes.
  • Attribution information: campaign source, medium, and campaign name when supplied in the landing URL; the landing-page path; the referring domain; when the source was identified; and whether a Google ad-click marker was present.
  • Communications and payments: correspondence you send us, an email address entered in a newsletter form if you choose to use it, and relevant order or invoice information. Card information entered into a third-party checkout is handled by that payment provider, not by our general lead forms.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate ATM placement and equipment needs; prepare quotes; coordinate installation, processing, cash loading, and maintenance; manage partner accounts and lead opportunities; communicate about requested services; protect the website; maintain business records; and meet legal obligations.

We also measure website use and advertising performance, including whether inquiries appear to follow a paid ad, organic search, referral, or direct visit. Source labels are best-effort estimates, not proof of the exact cause of a lead. Missing tags, privacy settings, different devices, or later visits can affect attribution.

4. Sharing inquiries with ATM partners

We may share your inquiry, including your name, business, contact details, location, service needs, and notes, with approved partner ATM operators or service providers who may evaluate or fulfill the opportunity. Partner matching, lead digests, and selected-lead notifications may be used, and more than one operator may receive an inquiry.

Those operators may contact you about ATM services and may operate independently from us. Information they collect directly is subject to their own privacy practices. Do not put confidential banking information, PINs, card numbers, identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive details into a website inquiry.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or systems, resolve disputes, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not treat the existence of this policy as consent to unrelated marketing.

5. Providers and third-party services

Providers that may receive information in connection with this website include:

  • Replit: website and API hosting, database infrastructure, operational logs, and website analytics when enabled. Replit-hosted analytics receives technical visit data and custom interaction events.
  • Google Ads: the Google tag and conversion event measure ad interactions and visits to the thank-you page. Google may receive browser, device, network, page, cookie, and ad-interaction information under its own policies and your settings.
  • Google/Gmail: delivery of inquiry notifications, partner communications, and related business email, which may contain the details submitted in a request.
  • Square or another payment provider identified at checkout: payment processing when a payment link is available. The provider receives information entered into its checkout and applies its own terms.
  • Telecommunications and notification providers: delivery of calls, texts, and operational lead alerts. Existing operational alerts may pass through an email-to-text gateway; carrier acceptance does not guarantee handset delivery.
  • Approved partner ATM operators and service providers: evaluation, referral, fulfillment, and contact about the ATM opportunity, as described above.

6. Cookies, browser storage, and advertising

Account sessions use cookies. The website also uses browser local storage and session storage to remember the most recent identifiable non-direct traffic source for up to 30 days, so visiting another page or returning directly does not immediately erase a known campaign.

The website's own attribution record stores whether a Google click identifier was present, not the identifier itself, and does not copy the full landing-page query string or a referrer's search query into that record. Campaign tags may still be recorded, and Google or other providers may independently process click identifiers through their tags.

Google Ads tags can use cookies or similar technologies for conversion measurement and advertising purposes. Replit-hosted analytics, when enabled, separately measures visits and custom events. Our custom event code is designed not to send names, phone numbers, email addresses, or free-text form answers as event properties.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser and adjust advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. Clearing storage may remove remembered attribution and account sessions. These choices may not stop all technical logging or provider processing.

This website does not currently offer an on-site cookie-preferences panel. We do not represent that a browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal is automatically implemented by this site. Contact us for privacy requests; applicable legal rights are not waived by these statements.

7. Retention and security

The 30-day attribution window applies to remembered browser source data, not to a promise that saved leads are deleted after 30 days. Website lead records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. We retain business records based on service needs, account administration, legal and tax obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate security needs.

Access controls, account authentication, and hosting security measures help protect information, but no website, email system, or storage method is completely secure. Notification emails, partner copies, and third-party records may have separate retention practices. Contact us to request deletion or discuss retention of your information.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Email sales@nyatms.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights that apply to you, or to request that we stop further lead referrals or nonessential communications. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and some records may need to be retained where law permits or requires it. We will respond as applicable law requires rather than promise a fixed deadline that may not apply.

Partner users can update available notification preferences in the partner dashboard and can contact us to close an account. For text-alert preferences or assistance, contact us using the details in this policy. A service inquiry is not a blanket authorization for automated marketing.

Some state privacy laws define sale, sharing, or targeted advertising broadly. The partner-lead sharing and advertising disclosures above still apply; this policy does not claim that those activities are categorically excluded from such definitions. Contact us if you wish to exercise an applicable opt-out right. We do not currently provide a self-service universal advertising opt-out control.

9. Children and location of processing

Our website and partner program are intended for adults acting for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Partner accounts and business service arrangements are intended for people age 18 or older with authority to act for the business. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

We operate in the United States. Hosting, communication, payment, advertising, and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their own arrangements. This policy is not a representation that information is processed only in New York.

10. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The update date will change when a revised policy is posted. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when required by applicable law.
